WHO’S SUGAR?
Sugar the Golden Retriever – one of the first pet blogs I started following a few years ago. We’ve adopted her as the Boys cousin by way of their material genes #theirmamaspeople
Sugar is well known in and out of our blogging community – especially for her infectious smile 🙂
For us here in Doodleville, many of my attempts to create homemade treats have been recipes from Sugar.
Today, Sugar will have surgery to remove another mass which is sitting on her spleen #splenectomy
Oz the Terrier created this blog hop to send the “Power of the Paw” to Sugar and her family. What better way for her humans to #feelthelove than to read so many beautiful heartfelt stories (from so many) about Sugar.
Once the Boys found out about Sugars surgery they came into my office and barked out a plan…

One of our previous Golden loves, Hamish, had the same surgery and it was very successful.

Hi Bob – Surgeries of any kind can be frightening – but we have a tendency to focus only on the scary part. So happy to hear of Hamish’s positive experience, news like that is so uplifting. Have a great weekend and let’s all keep on smiling!

Oh, that is so wonderful! That is bound to bring some cheer to Sugar’s family, who we are all thinking of. Sugar is such an amazing dog, so active at her age, and we pray that she comes through this surgery with flying colors.
