I call this style of blog post a “Dose of Doodle News” because it’s a collection hodgepodge of little things you want to share when you’re talking to a friend…

Our Wunderball giveaway is over. What a fun week! Let us introduce our winner –

Allison Hoffman…

Thank you so much!  I am excited for my dogs to be able to try these! Allison

Anxious to know how her dogs will enjoy the balls, I’ve asked her to check back in and let us know. Paws crossed they will love their Wunderballs as much as Harley & Jaxson do.

For the hundreds of humans who entered our giveaway, we are happy to say – for the next few weeks, you can visit the Wacky Walk’r website and receive a 10% Wunderball discount for your pup …

Pet therapy policies have forced me to re-test Harley with a new therapy organization. We did this last week. At the very last minute, I made the executive decision to throw Jaxson in the line-up too.

If you’ve seen this video, you’ve laughed tears. If you haven’t – you will…

This is a tiny exaggeration of what happens when Jaxson decides he wants to go somewhere. #Imtheoldlady

Wanna know my number one apprehension when I thought about having him tested as a therapy dog? On any given Sunday (my day to volunteer) he could decide to go left when I want to go right, and… (well you saw the video).

Harley must have had a conversation with him in the car, because Jaxson was on point! After Harley passed his test, lil demon Doodle, pranced up there and made Momma proud.

Introducing Jaxson – the newest MUSC Pet Therapy Pup…

For close to two years I’ve been writing (quarterly) for a local magazine Low Country Paws which is owned and operated by the Post & Courier – Charleston’s newspaper. Our column is called “Southern Doodles” and I love it. Each publication has it’s own theme and I’m assigned a topic within that theme to research and write about.

Most recently I’ve been asked to write for two additional magazines, and I am super excited about them both…

My emphasis is of course “pet related” and my first article for the pets magazine will be written from Harley’s perspective. #hehasavoice

Each publication will be available on our website homepage for those who wish to read them!

So that’s our dose of “Doodle News” this Wednesday.  Check back with us on Friday for what I like to call – an “eye-full.”

You only live once – so live it right and once will be more than enough ❤

Little Boy is certainly growing up! Took him on a solo trip this afternoon for an interview, he was quite the gentleman – until the goats showed up! #thatsanotherstory
