TIME TOGETHER

I’m so glad we had this time together. Just to have a laugh or sing a song.

TIME TOGETHER

If you read my earlier post you know it was a tad short! But OMDoodle it was memorable.

PET PEOPLE –

Humans inspired to make a difference in the lives of pets and their people.

I like pet people!  Spending time together makes for good times.

This year a few of my favorite bloggers (I have many) were able to hug, pet and play with the Boys for the very first time.

Let me introduce them…

Pawsitively Petsa pet blog dedicated to pet health and pet care of animals including dogs, cats, birds and reptiles. Ann has been entertaining/ educating me with animals I never thought about let alone imagined someone having them in your home

TIME TOGETHER

Golden Woofs – Sugar the Golden Retriever –  For the Retriever breed, Sugar exceeded her life expectancy. She crossed the rainbow bridge in March of this year at the unbelievable age of fifteen. Rosalyn (Sugar’s dog parent) shared tasty treat recipes, product reviews and how to’s for many years. She’s still writing and it was sweet (as sugar) to see Jaxson give her some Doodle love

TIME TOGETHER

Wag n Woof PetsA mutual friend, paired Janet Keefe and I together for a blogging exercise a few years ago, that’s how we officially met. We’ve been pet parent buddies, sharing each other’s lives through our pets and our blogs ever since! I’ve yet to meet her “crew” but there’s a soft spot in my heart for her Lab mix – Luke. Janet enjoys writing about love, health and her purr-suit of happiness…

TIME TOGETHER

Something Wagging This Way ComesPamela’s “Honey” is the only dog I know who resides on a boat! She and her two human companions share their sea adventures and inspire me to do things I never would have done before. They’re living their dream. We could all take a page out of her book…

TIME TOGETHER

Emmy Scammahorn offers “live-in” pet sitting in the Washington DC area. I only wish I knew her when I lived in NVA. We had a blast together last year, and I couldn’t wait for her to meet Harley & Jaxson

TIME TOGETHER

Spencer the GoldendoodleRescued by Brittany, and inseparable ever since. I met them last year in Phoenix. My two finally got to meet their cousin LOL

TIME TOGETHER

Come Wag AlongKia brings you into her world as a dog owner, wife and mother sharing glimpses of her family life with a dog, while Simba maintains her debonair look wearing the most adorable outfits

TIME TOGETHER

There were two additional writers extraordinaire who I was able to hug and squeeze but the Boys didn’t get a photo with them #doodletears

Dogs Luv Us and We Luv ThemCathy Armato is an extreme dog lover. Over the years I’ve learned so much from my “namesake.” Cathy’s insight with common behavior issues are always “spot on!” Icy & Phoebe are the loves of her life.

Jan ToddOne of my favorite animal advocates. Follow her on FB

If you’ve never read anything from these phenomenal women – check them out. You may have found a new place online to learn, laugh and share pet related information.

BIKE WEEK –

Did I tell you Harley Davidson Bennett (that would be his official name) met some of his favorite humans in Myrtle Beach?

Sure did…

TIME TOGETHER

Seems we just get started and before you know it, comes the time we have to say so long…

TIME TOGETHER

Until we meet again!

Some friendships are timeless ❤️

This is our “wordy” contribution in the BlogPaws Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

Thanks for the shout-out to the blog.

But I’m even more tickled that you and Jan from Wag and Woofs have become friends.

There’s nothing more fun than introducing my cool friends to other cool friends.

It’s really cool to meet in person. I am always amazed at how different the voices are from what I imagined. Hopefully one day you will have this amazing experience.

Thank you so much for including me – I am so thrilled that I got to meet you and the boys! This was also the first time I met Pamela, our “matchmaker”, as well as some of the others you mentioned. It was just an awesome conference, I only wish we’d had a bit more time together. ♥

My thoughts exactly! I love the networking (more than the sessions!) – it’s always so much fun to meet those who you’ve spent so much time with online. Especially people like you!

Your Mom and I were doing the same thing, getting that 24 hours in …
We had a blast – were you there?

We are bummed we had to miss it this year as we also really wanted to see Myrtle Beach, but it is important for Mom to make a lot of those green papers to keep us in the lifestyle we are accustomed to. Next year it will be so much closer, we shouldn’t have a problem going. Ticket is purchased.

I totally understand. Not sure if 2018 is in the cards for me, unless I get a sponsor. Kansas City is a bit of a distance, so the Boys will definitely be staying home. You were missed, I just knew your mom would have been having a blast with Jaxson in Myrtle Beach. One day Emma, we shall all get to meet.

Great photos Cathy! You know I’ll be writing a similar post when I meet you in the future.

The boys must be so tuckered from their adventures at the conference that I’m sure they’re sleeping this week away. 🙂
