DOODLES ARE THANKFUL TOO!

Leo chills nearby…

As Harley and I collaborate this “Thanksgiving Eve” blog post together…

We both decided there is much for us to be grateful and thankful about this year. On the 25th of this month – Lil Harley-Darley will celebrate his 4th birthday and after two short years, my shy gentle giant Leo is slowly letting go of his uneasiness towards anything new – from people to aluminum foil!

And we “unanimously” agreed we were enormously blessed to have loyal readers like you!

You can’t possibly imagine my surprise when I picked them up from camp to find out both he and Leo created Thanksgiving cards. Think I’m joking? Check it out…

This one is from Harley…

And this is from Leo…

The Boys and I hope that you have a wonderful, safe, and festive Thanksgiving Holiday with your family, friends, and loved ones. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and paws for your support, comments and well wishes with each and every post…

ODE TO A GREAT THANKSGIVING MEAL

You’ll eat too much Turkey, You’ll eat too much corn,

You’ll eat too much pudding and pie.

You’re stuffed full with muffins and way too much stuffin’

You think you will probably die.

You piled up your plate and you ate and you ate.

Now you wish you had known when to stop,

For you’re so crammed with yams, sauces, gravies, and jams.

That your buttons are starting to pop!

You’re full of tomatoes and french fried potatoes

Your stomach is swollen and sore,

But there’s still some dessert so you guess it won’t hurt,

If
you eat just a little bit more! – GO FOR IT!

The Boys and I hope you have a wonderful, safe, and festive Thanksgiving Holiday with your family, friends, and loved ones. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and paws for your support, comments and well wishes with each and every post.

Thanks for reading…

I am thankful for you Cathy and for sharing your boys with us. Friends are the family we chose. I’m glad we are connected.
