This looks like claim digging to me! LOL I hope he found a treasure. It looks like it was a beautiful day to be out on the beach.

He didn’t find anything, but he had a blast. He loves the beach – more so than Harley. I want to take him solo so we can swim together. Looks like we’ll give it a try tomorrow (92 degrees!)

I want to take our dogs to the beach this weekend. It’ll be raining, but I think that’ll make it more fun, because we’ll have the beach to ourselves (except for our local clam and shrimp diggers).

The video is adorable. I can’t believe he’s okay with his head under water. LOL

Going to the beach when it’s raining with dogs is the best. You will have so much fun. Take plenty of pics!

He plays all by himself, he’s his own best playmate when Harley’s not interested.

He does – several times! I worry about his eyes getting irritated – but he doesn’t seem to be bothered.

Did you find enough clams for dinner? I love clams. Mr. N has never tried them.

He didn’t even catch one! Headed over there tomorrow – let’s see if he has any success. LOL

    May 12, 2016

Love it! Funny how some “water” dogs take to water and others don’t, isn’t it? Callie loved wading in the creek at the park (the creek that used to be a river years ago), yet neither Kissy nor Shadow ever really cared for it much. Ducky loves the kiddie pool at daycare, but dog-daddy won’t let me buy one for her. I might do it anyway. LOL 🙂

I purchased the old stand-by from ACE Hardware. The ones we used to buy for our kids. Hard plastic, doesn’t de-flate, no stopped, just fill it up and jump in. They’re less than $20.00 and at the end of the summer, I just toss it (it doesn’t close or fold – hard to store).
