He didn’t find anything, but he had a blast. He loves the beach – more so than Harley. I want to take him solo so we can swim together. Looks like we’ll give it a try tomorrow (92 degrees!)

I want to take our dogs to the beach this weekend. It’ll be raining, but I think that’ll make it more fun, because we’ll have the beach to ourselves (except for our local clam and shrimp diggers).

Love it! Funny how some “water” dogs take to water and others don’t, isn’t it? Callie loved wading in the creek at the park (the creek that used to be a river years ago), yet neither Kissy nor Shadow ever really cared for it much. Ducky loves the kiddie pool at daycare, but dog-daddy won’t let me buy one for her. I might do it anyway. LOL 🙂

I purchased the old stand-by from ACE Hardware. The ones we used to buy for our kids. Hard plastic, doesn’t de-flate, no stopped, just fill it up and jump in. They’re less than $20.00 and at the end of the summer, I just toss it (it doesn’t close or fold – hard to store).
