Hard to fathom Harley (the Grooviest Goldendoodle) and I have spent the last eight years together – but we have.

This is a very accurate quote when it comes to Harley & I. He’s taught me so much these past few years,

I know the day you got in the car with me, you probably thought you were coming home with an experienced pet parent…
NOT! –
Honestly we had no clue what to do with you! You hung in there with us though. But then I guess you had no real choice.
I remember the first time you got sick. I apologize for the dozens of times we checked on you and asked how you were doing. That’s what we did with the human children, so we thought “why not.” #wedidntknow…
Harley in eight years you’ve done so much for so many.

helping the neighbors navigate through the loss of Leo when I couldn’t…
not KILLING me (or running away) when I brought Jaxson home…

being a great big brother (again)…
Never EVER meeting a stranger…
