If we’re not chasing a pet event on any given weekend, you can probably find one of us, if not both of us (along with The Boys), hanging out at church. You see, our family belongs to a very active, social, family oriented church…
There is always something fun going on with one of our many ministry groups involving our community. For instance the other weekend we attended the Annual Jr. Ushers Car Show held each summer. Dozens of cars, trucks, and motorcycles in pristine condition converge in our parking lot to compete for trophies and prizes. DD (Doodle Dad) likes to look at the cars, while others like to pose with Harley & Leo…
I am “loving” this Pontiac…
“Church grass” is special because Leo can’t ever seem to get enough of it…
With the heat wave still in full force, Harley was content under the tree…
I know I’m supposed to be writing about the doodles, but have you ever seen an engine sparkle like this one?…
Once upon a time, I owned a Hummer. I love, love, loved it! But couldn’t afford the gas 🙁 …
After a while, The Boys decided “we” could could continue to walk around and look all we wanted. They would lay under the tree, catch some shade, and wait until we were ready to leave…
The following weekend the men of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. along with our Ministry of Medicine held their Annual Health Fair. This is done to heighten health awareness, and offer free testing and information for the community. Exhibits and demonstrations continued both inside and out the entire day. Bro. Randall Webb and “Company” were the official parking lot greeters…
The Health Fair always begins with a brisk morning walk. The Boys made sure everyone got their “stretch on” before the walk…
Apparently DD had to stretch a little longer…
Harley shared walking tips with one of DD‘s fraternity brothers…
And lil Ms. Kennedy enjoyed her time playing “school” with them as well…

Wow, the Boys attended Easter Sunrise service, the were at the Dale City 4th of July Parade, they were at the Church Cookout … now, they were at the Annual Car Show. What’s next? Baptism! At any rate, they would truly be welcome.

What a great day and those cars are incredible! I just totally love the way your boys go everywhere with you and it can’t get better then going to church! Love it!
The pictures of Lil Miss Kennedy are precious and of course Leo has Wilson everywhere he goes! That is what he calls the ball, right? So darn cute:)
