Harley is a chewy.com spokesdoggy. They contact us on a monthly basis with a list of products to look over. We select an item or two that either catches my eye or tickles his fancy. If it’s a consumable product, Harley will taste it and I wait:
- for him to beg for more
- spit it out
OR
- get sick later #hashappened
If it’s an entertainment product, Harley will stare at it and I then wait for him:
- to play with it
- ignore it
OR
- kill it
which ever occurs, I share his our honest opinions (the good the bad and the very ugly) with all of you!
Harley takes this job seriously, probably because he loves it so much. But when I think about it – who wouldn’t – every time a package comes he knows it’s stuffed with nothing but goodness AND it’s all for him…
Even before his employment status changed from “no job” to “volunteer with benefits” – I’ve always been impressed with their lightening speed delivery service. It arrives just days (and I mean as in a couple) after I’ve placed my order…
So let’s see what Harley ordered this time…
NUTRO CRUNCHY TREATS with real peanut butter contain no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. They smell great (at least to me!) and that comes from real peanut butter, whole grains (such as whole brown rice and oatmeal), and other natural ingredients…
MERRICK TEXAS TOOTHPICKS are puffy-textured rawhide treats made from pure beef tail. I’ve got to be honest, I’m not a huge rawhide kind of gal, but I trust Merrick, so every once in a while is okay with me. However, I never leave Harley alone with rawhide #notcomfortable #justsaying But I had to laugh when they said it was both “crunchy and chewy” they weren’t kidding. Sounds like hard work Harley 😉 And Shiner is the same way with packages now. Just the other day I was opening a large package (not for her) and she was over there sniffing away and wagging her tail expecting something good haha!

Harley sure looks like he’s enjoying that….I’d say it’s a hit! We have to avoid long lasting treats around here, because 2 out of 3 of the dogs will go after someone else’s….and poor Sheba is always the one that loses her treat (because she won’t fight back). Some day I’ll get them something like that and just put them in separate rooms….maybe a day when I need some peace and quiet…LOL!
