Forgive me… I meant to tell you about Leo’s pawty at Olde Towne Pet Resort last week, but felt compelled instead to post information about the tornado in Oklahoma and the pet owners who needed our help!
Today, seems “paw“fect to tell you what a spectacular day it was!
A special “doodle hug” to DD (Doodle Daughter) who was super sweet for putting together some “groovy goodie bags” for Leo’s guests…
Just when you think you’ve gone way over the top (dog + birthday + camp = crazy!), an angel will show you a sign (literally) letting you know you’re not alone. This is what we saw on the counter when we walked into OTPR…
As Leo left to join his friends, I l gave up my camera and left knowing he was in the best of hands…
Is it my imagination – or does the “Birthday Doodle Boy” look excited?…
The “paw“fect host! – Leo spent quality time with each one of his guests…
“Paw”haps The Boys don’t always “sit – stay and/or come” when I want them to – but posing for a photo seems to come naturally…
Evidently Leo was getting entirely too much attention, so Harley had to get just a teeny tiny doodle dose of “all about me!”…
Talk about taking it too far, looks like he had to announce to everybody: “Hey, look at me! I’ve got the hat on now.” Leo looked at him like he’d lost his ever loving doodle mind…
Can you guess what all the excitement was about?…
It was time for cake! Yup, I said “cake”…
Hard, (very hard) to keep Harley away…
But Leo did manage to get the first bite…
And the “paw”fect ending to a fabulous day was a gift from the front desk staff. You guys are the best…
Leo truly enjoyed his 3rd birthday…
And on this Memorial Day Holiday, for all those who served in the Military, The Boys and I want to say “thank you”…
